TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

By purchasing a ticket to the Master Your Self Mindset Conference (hereinafter "the Event"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure the safety, fairness, and integrity of the experience for all attendees.

1. Ticket Purchase and Admission
- All tickets to the Event are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or changes in circumstances.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must not be sold, resold, or transferred to another party. Any ticket that is found to have been transferred or resold will be rendered void, and entry will be refused to the individual presenting such a ticket.
- Attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) and identification at check-in. Entry will only be granted to the individual whose name matches the registration.

2. Wellness Breakout Sessions
- As part of the Event, a number of breakout room sessions focused on wellness, mindset, and self-development will be offered. These sessions have extremely limited availability.
- When purchasing your ticket, you may be asked to indicate a preferred breakout room or session; however, this is not a guarantee of placement. Allocation is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee your preferred choice will be available at the time of session registration.
- This condition is clearly stated during the ticket purchase process and by completing your registration, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

- The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, schedule, speakers, or venue as necessary. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, attendees will be notified as soon as possible, but no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated.

4. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.

5. Photography and Media
- By attending the Event, you consent to be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact the organizers in advance.

6. Liability
- The Event organizers are not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the Event. Attendance is at your own risk, and the organizers are not liable for any personal injury or health issues that may arise during or as a result of participation.
